Time Clinic for PGRs on World Mental Health Day

The Doctoral College Professional Development team is running a 'Time clinic' on World Mental Health Day - Tuesday 10th October.
Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs) can book in to speak to a member of the Doctoral College Professional Development team who will be available throughout the day. We will coach PGRs on a 1-2-1 level to think about how to reorganise their busy schedules to make time for rest/wellbeing activities.
To book a free 1 hour slot, PGRs just need to send an email requesting a 1-2-1 to Neelam Wright n.wright@soton.ac.uk. Spaces are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.
