Inspire Inclusion: Accelerating Change Together
The Inspire Inclusion workshop is dedicated to International Women's Day 2024 and beyond.
The focus is on fostering a world where women's inclusion is not just encouraged but celebrated. No doubt your organisation already celebrates inclusivity, but we believe that by inspiring deeper inclusion, we can create an even more equitable and empowered society.
The workshop aims to go beyond discussions and inspire tangible actions. By understanding the importance of inclusion, recognising the role of men as allies, and celebrating the power of women supporting women, we hope to create a ripple effect of positive change that extends far beyond International Women's Day 2024.
Objective: The aim of this workshop is to bring together both men and women to discuss the importance of inclusion, with a specific emphasis on the role that men can play in accelerating positive change. We'll also explore how both men and women can be allies, advocates, and supporters of each other in the workplace, and beyond.
