Get Published on THE Times Higher Education Campus: Education Focused Network Event
Thursday 18th April 2024, 2:00pm
THE Campus is an ‘online space where higher education professionals can connect with their peers and find and share advice’. The platform uses the strong brand of THE (Times Higher Education) to ‘offer opportunities to showcase your expertise and build networks with colleagues at universities and colleges all over the world’. It is a great platform for education focused colleagues to share learning and teaching practice and connect with others to help build a national or international reputation – e.g. see this recent article from Jana Sadeh: ‘Nudge your way up the NSS ladder’.
This session is aimed at education focused colleagues who are interested in sharing teaching practice via THE Campus. The session will include an overview from Allison Stratford (Associate Director Corporate Communications) who will introduce the platform and how to get published on it. We will also hear from Jana Sadeh (Senior Teaching Fellow, Economics) and Larisa Yarovaya (Associate Professor of Finance, Southampton Business School) who will share experiences of publishing articles on the platform.
This is a great opportunity for
education focused colleagues to engage with scholarship of teaching and
learning (SoTL) and please note articles have a practical, advisory
focus and do not need to be based on research.
