In this talk, Dr Aiman Azeltani, the Muslim Faith Advisor explores the connection faith and spirituality connects with our mental health.
The sense of spirituality is hugely varied. For some people, it is a private and individual matter. Others express their beliefs within an established group or religion.
In this talk, Dr Aiman Alzetani, the Muslim Faith Advisor at the University of Southampton, explores some ways in which spirituality can find it's place when considering our mental wellbeing.
As part of Inter Faith week, this event is open to students and staff of all faith and none.
